The Venue

VIVA and The VEINS return to Las Vegas at a new venue.

VIVA has reserved a room block at Bellagio Las Vegas with preferred rates available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Room Rates

  • Friday, October 2 & Saturday, October 3: $488++
  • Sunday, October 4 – Wednesday, October 7: $278++

A reduced daily resort fee of $35 per room, plus applicable Clark County room tax, will be applied to each reservation. The resort fee includes wireless internet access, fitness center access, airline boarding pass printing, and additional hotel amenities.

A nonrefundable deposit equal to one night’s room and tax is required to confirm all reservations. Room blocks are limited and expected to fill quickly.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, please email registration@viva-foundation.org by August 21, 2026. Cancellations by this date will incur a 15% administrative fee. Cancellations and/or refunds are not possible after August 21. Refunds are not available within 48 hours of registration to allow for credit card settlement. Once registration is canceled in your online account, refunds will be settled within 10 days.

Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events, or early departure. VIVA is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of registration cancellation for any reason. Note that for registrants attending the event virtually, tuition is nonrefundable and cancellations will not be accepted.
